On arrival at Kaziranga, check into your wildlife resort or lodge and relax.

Day 2 – Kaziranga National Park | Wildlife Safaris

Begin the day early with a morning jeep safari into Kaziranga National Park. The early hours are among the best times to explore the park, when wildlife is active and the grasslands are beautifully illuminated by the morning light.

Keep an eye out for the park's famous one-horned rhinoceros, along with Asian elephants, wild water buffalo, swamp deer, wild boar and numerous species of birds. Depending on the safari zone and season, you may also encounter other wildlife including deer and, with good fortune, the elusive tiger.

Return to the lodge for breakfast and some time to relax.

In the afternoon, enjoy a second wildlife experience or explore the surroundings of Kaziranga. You may visit a nearby village or cultural centre to learn more about the traditions and everyday life of communities living around the national park.

Day 3 – Kaziranga to Guwahati | Final Wildlife Experience

Start the morning with another jeep safari, subject to park and safari-zone availability. This final excursion offers another opportunity to explore Kaziranga's grasslands, wetlands and forest habitats and photograph its remarkable wildlife.

After breakfast, check out and begin your journey back to Guwahati.

Depending on your departure schedule, the journey can include selected stops along the way before arriving in Guwahati.
