Day 1: Guwahati – Shillong 

Arrive at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station and drive to Shillong, the picturesque capital of Meghalaya. En route, enjoy the scenic beauty of Umiam Lake. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. Depending on arrival time, explore Shillong's local attractions or enjoy an evening at leisure.

Day 2 : Shillong – Cherrapunji (Sohra)

After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunji (Sohra), renowned for its dramatic landscapes, waterfalls and limestone caves. Visit spectacular viewpoints and waterfalls such as Nohkalikai Falls, explore Mawsmai Cave, and experience the lush landscapes of the Sohra plateau.

Overnight: Cherrapunji / Sohra

Day 3: Sohra – Shillong

After breakfast, explore more of the Sohra region, with opportunities to visit waterfalls, viewpoints and other natural attractions. For travellers interested in adventure, a visit to a Living Root Bridge can be included, subject to time, fitness and local conditions. Later, drive back to Shillong.

Overnight: Shillong

Day 4: Shillong – Mawlynnong – Dawki – Shillong

After an early breakfast, drive towards Mawlynnong, celebrated for its scenic beauty, sustainable village traditions and Khasi culture. Visit the Living Root Bridge and enjoy a village walk. Continue to Dawki on the India–Bangladesh border and experience the spectacular Umngot River, with boating subject to weather and local operating conditions. Return to Shillong in the evening. Overnight: Shillong

Day 5: Shillong – Guwahati

After breakfast, check out and drive to Guwahati. Depending on your departure schedule, optional sightseeing can be arranged in Guwahati, including Kamakhya Temple. Transfer to Guwahati Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
