DAY 1 — GUWAHATI → KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK

Distance: Approximately 190 km
Travel Time: 4½–5½ hours

Arrive in Guwahati, the gateway to Assam, and begin your journey towards Kaziranga National Park.

The drive takes you through the changing landscapes of Assam, with views of rural settlements, agricultural fields and the Brahmaputra valley.

On arrival at Kaziranga, check in to your wildlife resort or jungle lodge and relax.

Depending on your arrival time, you may take a short nature walk or explore the surroundings of the national park.

DAY 2 — KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK SAFARI

Morning Jeep Safari

Wake early for your first wildlife safari in Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of India's most celebrated wildlife destinations.

The morning safari offers opportunities to explore Kaziranga's grasslands, wetlands and forest areas while looking for its remarkable wildlife.

Possible sightings include:

Return to your lodge for breakfast and relaxation.

Afternoon

DAY 3 — KAZIRANGA → MANAS NATIONAL PARK

Distance: Approximately 330–350 km
Travel Time: 7–8 hours, depending on route and conditions

After breakfast, depart Kaziranga and travel towards Manas National Park in western Assam.

The journey provides an opportunity to experience the changing landscapes of Assam as you travel from the central Brahmaputra valley towards the Himalayan foothills.

Arrive at Manas and check in to your jungle lodge or resort.

Afternoon / Evening

Depending on arrival time, enjoy a relaxed nature experience around the lodge or explore the surrounding landscape.

Manas is renowned for its combination of grasslands, forests, rivers and Himalayan foothill ecosystems, supporting an extraordinary variety of wildlife.

Depending on season and conditions, you may look for:

• Asian elephant

Return to the lodge for breakfast and relaxation.

Afternoon
